Weighbridge Operator

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Weighbridge Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate weighing of vehicles and materials entering and exiting the site, recording data, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.

Working Conditions:

The position involves working in both office and field environments. Additionally, the Weighbridge Operator may be required to work non-standard hours in response to emergencies or operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination with the southern yard (truck parking yard to request trucks as per request)
Follow up on daily truck orders and audit daily inspection.
Weighing trucks from entry and exit and ensuring efficient data entry.
Auditing truck axles and checking the serial number and matching it with the truck license to ensure workflow.
Periodically inspecting the weighing devices to ensure workflow.
Preparing a report in which the weight and number of trucks loaded for each shift are recorded.
Auditing truck permits issued by Nafeth Company and ensuring that they are legal.
Follow up on the cleanliness of the warehouse and the loading yard in coordination with the supervisor on duty.

Qualifications and Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or operations management is a plus.
Previous experience as a Weighbridge Operator or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
Strong numerical, record-keeping, and data entry skills.
Basic computer literacy (experience with weighbridge software is a plus).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording weights and information.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to weighing operations.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required.

Experience:
